A development at 19-41 Mill Street in Kitchener proposes the demolition of two late 19th century homes.\u00a0 One of these was the home of Jacob Baetz, an early furniture manufacturer and city councillor in the 1890s.<\/p>\n

There are two documents below.<\/p>\n

The first is a statement of significance from the heritage planning staff at the City of Kitchener. \u00a0 Planning staff asked residents to comment on the proposal.<\/p>\n

The second is a response to the City of Kitchener Planning department from Gail Pool and Frances Stewart about the proposed development.\u00a0 They do not necessarily represent the position of the ACO.<\/p>\n
